At Caspari, we take pride in the quality of our home and tabletop products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original Caspari packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
